This is how my career started<\/h2>\n

Hi there, I'm Diego Sternberg - a tech entrepreneur and proud father of three. I studied Industrial Engineering at ITBA and later earned an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.<\/p>\n

My passion for entrepreneurship led me to found several successful companies, including FullExit (acquired) and Cupoint (acquired). These experiences taught me the value of hard work, determination, and building relationships with others.<\/p>\n

Today, I enable remote companies to build world-class engineering teams thorugh Nexton, which I founded years ago. I truly believe in the power of remote work to bring people together and unlock new opportunities for growth and innovation. I find it fascinating how remote work allows people in distant areas of the world become part of top notch teams. It provides a transformational experience for individuals, their communities and, ultimately, the world. It's been an incredible journey so far, and I'm excited to see where it takes me next.<\/p>\n

Outside of work, I'm an avid runner and triathlete. I love pushing myself to new limits and staying active and healthy. And above all, I cherish my role as a father and strive to be a positive influence in the lives of my kids.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Running a marathon, not a sprint<\/h2>\n

As an Ironman athlete, I believe that my achievements in the sport reflect the core values of my character. Endurance, perseverance, and adaptability are all traits that have helped me succeed in both my athletic pursuits and my business endeavors.In the world of Ironman, there are no shortcuts or easy victories. It takes months of training and preparation to even think about finishing a race, let alone winning one. But through hard work and dedication, I've been able to complete several Ironman races and push my limits to new heights. <\/p>\n \n

The Mindset of an Ironman<\/h5>\n

At the same time, I recognize that success in Ironman is not just about physical strength, but mental toughness as well. To overcome the challenges of the race, I've had to cultivate a mindset of perseverance and resilience - the ability to keep going even when the going gets tough. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Embracing Adaptability<\/h5>\n

But perhaps most importantly, Ironman has taught me the value of adaptability. In a race that spans over 140 miles and involves three distinct disciplines, there's no room for rigidity or inflexibility. Instead, I've learned to embrace change and adapt to whatever challenges come my way, whether it's a sudden change in weather or an unexpected obstacle on the course. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Overall, I believe that my achievements as an Ironman athlete have helped shape the person I am today.
